November: $550 per hour, min 4 hrs (Sundays – Day & Evening)
$650 per hour, min 4 hrs (Day rate Mon – Thurs)
$800 per hour, min 4 hrs (Evening rate Mon - Thurs)
$900 per hour, min 4 hrs (Evening rate Fri & Sat)
(Minimum 100 guests Fri & Sat Evenings in Nov/Dec)

December: $600 per hour, min 4 hrs (Day & Evening rate Sunday)
$800 per hour, min 3 hours (Day & Evenings Mon - Thurs)
$950 per hour, min 4 hours (Day rate Fri & Sat)

$1100 per hour, min 4 hours (Evening Fri & Sat)
(Minimum 100 guests Fri & Sat Evenings in Nov/Dec)

Jan to April: $600 per hour, min 4 hours
May to August: $500 per hour, min 4 hours
